- What is a Pre-Order?

- Pre-orders are advance purchases made on new merchandise that is scheduled to be shipped at a future date.

- Please allow 1-2 weeks after initial release date for your item(s) to be shipped.

- If an items release date gets pushed back that is something we cannot control, therefore we will issue a full refund on any pre-orders in any instance that this occurs.
