Order Processing

Processing Time:
All orders are processed 7 days a week and typically ship within 24 hours from the time the order is placed. During high volume periods, please allow up to 48 hours for processing.

Order Confirmation:
Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email. When your order ships, you will receive a separate email with tracking information.

Modifications:
Orders cannot be changed, updated, or canceled once placed. Please verify all information, especially your shipping address, before completing your purchase.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- We ship orders using standard shipping carriers such as USPS & UPS.
- Estimated delivery time is 1-5 business days within the U.S. depending on your location.
- We do not currently offer international shipping.
Shipping Rates
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
- Free shipping may be available on select promotions or order minimums (if applicable).
Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
STATUSQUO.NJ is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation or delayed due to courier issues.
- If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please first check with neighbors or your local post office.
- We recommend filing a claim directly with the shipping carrier for lost or stolen packages.
Incorrect Addresses
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct.
- If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already shipped, we cannot guarantee rerouting or recovery.
- Orders returned to us due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses will be subject to a reshipping fee.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled by our system or team due to the following reasons:
- Incomplete or unverifiable payment
- Inventory issues
- Fraud risk alerts
- Address verification failure
If your order is canceled, you will be notified via email and refunded in full
